These Terms govern your use of FoodCritic. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

Agreement

Welcome to FoodCritic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and FoodCritic IL Ltd. ("we", "us") regarding access to foodcritic.co.il and related apps or services.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional policies such as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply.

Accounts & Eligibility

•You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
•You are responsible for all activity under your account.
•We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

User Content

•Reviews, photos, comments, and restaurant submissions remain yours, but you grant FoodCritic a non-exclusive license to host, display, and moderate them on the service.
•Do not post unlawful, harassing, infringing, or misleading content.
•We may remove content that violates these Terms or harms other users.

Restaurant Listings

•Information you add about restaurants must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
•Listing a restaurant does not create ownership of that business on FoodCritic.
•Ratings use FoodCritic’s plate-based system and reflect individual opinions, not official certifications.

Acceptable Use

•Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data beyond normal use, or bypass security controls.
•Do not use FoodCritic to spam, manipulate ratings, or impersonate others.
•Do not upload malware or content that invades privacy.

Disclaimers & Liability

FoodCritic provides restaurant discovery and community reviews for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, review, hours, or third-party offer.

To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, FoodCritic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) NIS 100.

Changes, Law & Contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
